You agree to notify tmt15.ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. tmt15.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
Your tmt15.ph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or gifted to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension and possible forfeiture of balances.
tmt15.ph is required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines to verify the identity of players. By registering, you consent to tmt15.ph conducting identity verification checks, which may include requesting documentation.
Acceptable forms of Philippine government-issued identification include:
KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal exceeding ₱10,000 in a single transaction or cumulatively within a thirty (30) day period. tmt15.ph reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time and for any account, regardless of withdrawal amount, where it determines that verification is necessary to comply with applicable law or its internal risk management procedures.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by tmt15.ph may result in withdrawal suspension and, in cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected, account termination and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.
tmt15.ph currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. tmt15.ph does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person, or using payment credentials that do not belong to you, may be reversed and the associated gaming account suspended.
All transactions on tmt15.ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Amounts stated in other currencies during payment processing are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and InstaPay deposits are credited to your tmt15.ph wallet immediately upon successful authorization. Bank transfer and other payment methods may take up to thirty (30) minutes. tmt15.ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
To process a withdrawal, your tmt15.ph account must be fully registered, verified, and in good standing. Any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until wagering conditions are met. Withdrawals from winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the specific bonus terms applicable to that promotion.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts to GCash or Maya are typically processed within the same business day, subject to completion before the daily processing cut-off. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. tmt15.ph aims to process all eligible withdrawal requests promptly but does not guarantee processing within specific timeframes where regulatory review or additional verification is required.
Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly limits may apply and are published in your account settings. tmt15.ph reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits in compliance with PAGCOR regulations or its internal risk management procedures.
tmt15.ph reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC documentation has not been provided or is under review; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; (c) the withdrawal relates to funds deposited but not yet used in genuine gameplay; or (d) a chargeback has been initiated by the player in relation to previous deposits.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by tmt15.ph are subject to specific wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") and terms communicated at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — these contribution rates are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
tmt15.ph strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk betting patterns solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent; exploiting errors or technical glitches in the platform; or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended.
tmt15.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This right does not apply to bonuses already credited to a player's account and accepted in good faith under the original terms.
Each game category available on tmt15.ph — including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slots, sports betting, bingo, and specialty games — is governed by its own specific rules in addition to these Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game or game category on the tmt15.ph platform. In the event of conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules prevail in respect of gameplay, and these Terms prevail in respect of account management and payments.
All bets placed on tmt15.ph are subject to acceptance by tmt15.ph. tmt15.ph reserves the right to void or refuse any bet that has been placed as a result of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect manipulation of any game or event. Winning bets are credited to your tmt15.ph wallet automatically upon settlement.
In the event of a manifest error (such as an obviously incorrect price, payout rate, or game outcome display), tmt15.ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake, regardless of whether the bet appears to have resulted in a win.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. tmt15.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) at the direction of PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority; (e) where continued operation of the account presents unacceptable risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of gaming activities.
Upon account suspension or termination, tmt15.ph will review the account balance and may, at its discretion, return verified real-money deposits after deducting any amounts owed by the player under these Terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play subject to incomplete wagering requirements will not be returned. tmt15.ph will provide written notice of termination where possible, except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting tmt15.ph customer support. Accounts with a positive real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal prior to closure, subject to standard KYC requirements. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations accrued prior to closure.
All content on the tmt15.ph platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game artwork, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and user interface elements, is owned by or licensed to tmt15.ph and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tmt15.ph and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the tmt15.ph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
tmt15.ph does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and force majeure events may temporarily affect availability. tmt15.ph will endeavor to restore service promptly in the event of disruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits tmt15.ph's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
tmt15.ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By registering and using tmt15.ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms.
tmt15.ph may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other competent Philippine authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
tmt15.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tmt15.ph will provide notice to registered players via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR directive.
Your continued use of the tmt15.ph platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using tmt15.ph and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.3.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of tmt15.ph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to tmt15.ph's right to refer matters to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact tmt15.ph customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. tmt15.ph will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within fifteen (15) business days.
